These terms and conditions are designed to inform you of your rights and obligations arising when you use Homzella services.
1-Introduction
Welcome to the Homezella website, Homzella is an Egyptian company consisting of the website www.homzella.com (the “Website”) and Homezella )“the application”) (collectively the “platform”) operating in the field of home furniture industry (“ Products”) is headquartered in Tower No. 9, Othman Towers, El-Diplomaseen Street, Corniche El Maadi. and it’s a social platform that connects home owners and home professionals with a new world of home design.
Homzella reserves the right to modify, change, add or delete the Terms and Conditions, or any of its texts, or features, in whole or in part at any time in its absolute discretion, and we may amend the Terms and Conditions in response to any updates or changes in the texts of applicable laws and regulations it’s without any obligation on our part to notify you or take your prior consent, provided that this modification becomes effective as soon as the modified version is published on platform. Your entry and use of Homzella services after publishing the update constitutes your acceptance and acknowledgment of your commitment to the terms and conditions in its modified version.
Homzella reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate your access to the online platform and your use of the Homzella services, or delete your account registered on the site or restrict your access and use of any of our services in the event that you do any act that (in our discretion) violates or infringement any of these Terms, without any liability to Homzella to you or anyone else as a result of such suspension or deletion.

If you are accessing Homzella through your mobile device using the Homzella application, all of the terms of use in the agreement apply, in addition to the mobile privacy policy and the applicable legal notice or end user license agreement and depending on how much use of the application confirms your acceptance of these terms of use.
5-Login
In order to purchase any Products on the Website, you may either register and create an account secured by a password (the "Account") or submit your order without creating the Account i.e., as a "Guest". Any Account created is personal to you, and you may not transfer it to another person. Your registration or order (in case of Guest) shall be complete after you accept the Terms. The Terms will apply each time you submit an order for any Products on the Website.

6-Users Obligations

7-Homzella’s Intellectual Property rights
You acknowledge that Homzella is the sole and exclusive owner of the trade name, trademark and any intellectual property rights in Homzella's products and services. You therefore acknowledge and undertake not to use, or exploit the trade name and/or trademark, patent or any intellectual property right owned by Homzella for any reason, without the prior written consent of Homzella, however, such consent must be considered to vary according to each case individually, and the user may not consider the written consent to use a right of Homzella’s intellectual property in a particular case as a permanent consent to use this right later.
Your infringement or violation of the intellectual property rights of Homzella will cause us serious harm, therefore, Homzella reserves the right in this case to take all legal measures guaranteed by law and to seek redress for the damage, without prejudice to its right to request temporary measures or precautionary measures.
All content on the Site, including, but not limited to, page headers, custom graphics, text, descriptions, presentation, arrangement, formatting, and other information, text, graphics, images, icons, software, designs, applications, data, and all aggregated content on the Site (collectively, “Site Content”). It's considered the exclusive property of Homzella and is protected, reserved and owned by Homzella within the copyrights, trademarks, intellectual and creative property rights and laws.
8-General Terms
The purchase invoice is sent after you receive the product to the email registered on your account with us, Homzella is not responsible for your registration of any incorrect or fake email. In this case, you will not be entitled to claim the purchase invoice again.
In some cases, an order may not be approved for a variety of reasons. The site administrators reserve the right to refuse or cancel any request for any reason at any time. Before agreeing to the request, we may ask you to provide additional information or other data to verify your identity and personal data, including but not limited to phone number and address.
The company has the right to cancel the purchase order in the event that the customer does not respond to the delivery official’s call or procrastinate and postpone the date of receipt for several times, provided that the value of the product is refunded in case of prepayment in the same method of payment.

Payment by cash on delivery:
Cash on Delivery is available on all products sold on www.homzella.com .
Cash on delivery is available to all delivery areas in Egypt.
Once the cash on delivery request is submitted, we will not be able to reschedule / postpone it. We recommend considering this when placing an order.
You are requested to provide the exact amount upon receipt to ensure a smooth payment process upon receipt of your order.
Payment by visa:
We will get the amount required to be paid from your card at the time of placing the purchase order. We will contact you if we encounter any problems in collecting the value of the purchase order from the credit card that you entered during the order process.
12-Installment Service.
You can buy in installments from Homzella using the available installment methods and the repayment period is up to 60 months according to the selected method.
13-Prices
All prices shown on the Homzella online shopping page are Homzella prices, unless otherwise indicated. Prices shown do not include delivery or assembly fees. Delivery and assembly fees will be added to the total price of your order.
14-Delivery
The buyer must ensure the integrity and completeness of the parts upon receipt, and in the event of missing or defective parts, the team must be informed immediately.
15-Exchange and Return Policy
Requests for exchange or return for any product delivered to the user in response to a purchase request from the Homzella website or mobile application are subject to the replacement and return policy set out below. The user acknowledges his acceptance and agreement to be bound by the exchange and return policy when purchasing products on the Homzella platform.
Homzella guarantees you the right to replace or return the product you purchased with a full refund in addition to shipping costs in the event that you receive a defective product or has an operational error or is unfit for use for which it was intended for no other reason, in accordance with the following conditions:
The request for exchange or return must be made within thirty days from the date of receipt.
This damage or defect must not have been caused by an error in installation or operation, or by the user's misuse of the product.
That it has a manufacturing defect or is not in conformity with the specifications, with a refund of its monetary value without any additional monetary cost to the consumer.
The product must be attached to the original tax invoice.
There is no shortage of any of the product's inclusions, including but not limited to spare parts.
The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition it was receipt in upon receipt, and the serial number must be clear and readable.
In the event that you received a defective product or an error in use, please quickly contact us or the technical agent of the product manufacturer in order to obtain a technical report stating that the product is defective. In that case, you will be entitled to replace or refund the price of the product, in addition to all shipping costs, within 14 working days from the date you notified Homzella.
Please note that: -
Homzella has the right to refuse an exchange or refund request in the event that it does not comply (in its discretion) with the above conditions, without any liability to Homzella as a result of such refusal.
Please note that you must review and inspect the product before receiving it, because once you check the product and review it with the delivery representative at the place of delivery, any scratches, slashes, shortages or differences in the colors of the product are your sole responsibility and you will not have the right to refer to the company and request a exchange or refund.
You should be aware that you will lose your right to request an exchange or return for a defective product if:
The defect or operational error is caused by any accidents or circumstances whose date of occurrence was later than the date of use.
Homzella reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return request with a refund at its discretion in the event that the exchange or return request does not comply with the above-mentioned conditions.
16-Refund policy
The process of refunding the value of the product to the customer begins after the result of the quality inspection and acceptance of the returned product.
Refund are made by the same method of payment: cash in case of cash payment or transfer to the bank account in case of payment by visa.
The price of the product you wish to return will be refunded in the same method of payment as recorded in the invoice or by depositing a balance in your account on our website or on my e-wallet on Homzella or through purchase vouchers or bank transfer or any other method that Homzella deems appropriate.
In case of purchase in cash, the payment is refunded during 14 working days from the product examination report is refunded.
In case of purchasing with a visa, the amount paid is refunded within 14 working days from the issuance of the product inspection report, through a bank transfer on the customer’s account.
17-Shipping policy
The delivery time starts from the day the order is made until the day we try to deliver the order to you; the delivery time may vary according to the nature of the product and installation.

18-Appliable law
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and are based on the following arbitration below, each party hereby agrees to comply before the competent courts in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
19-Force majeure
Homzella is not responsible for any failure of performance or delay due to force majeure. The term "Force Majeure" means unexpected and inevitable events beyond Homzzela's control. They include, but are not limited to, acts of God, strikes, injuries, terrors, bugs, and viruses, wars & revolutions.

If you become aware of any use of the website or wish to file a complaint with the following information:

22-Termination
In the event of a breach of the terms herein, Homzella has the exclusive and discretionary power and the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account of the user who has committed such a breach, or as it deems necessary. Homzella is not obligated to justify its decision.
Homzella has the exclusive right to decide the consequences of such suspension or termination and to take the measures it deems appropriate or necessary.
